Glen Ellyn Kitchen - Natural Maple Cabinets

This warm and inviting kitchen remodel was achieved by combining natural maple cabinets, white island, granite counter tops and a slate backsplash. Stainless steel appliances include a counter depth fridge, warming drawer, oven/micro combo and a Wolf range. The granite counter are "Steel Rock".

Arlington Heights Kitchen & Living Room

For this kitchen remodeling project we removed the wall between the kitchen and living room, removed the popcorn finish on the living room ceiling, installed pre-finished Armstrong flooring to match the existing floor in the living room, replaced three windows and reversed the access to the pantry closet into the adjoining crafts room. The cabinets are Bertch Legacy Quincy doors style, cherry wood in a Sable finish. The counter tops are Silestone Quartz in "Ivory Coast".

Basic Kitchen and Living Room Remodel

This project demonstrates that we can deliver a very attractive results with a limited budget. The cabinets are Bertch Marketplace Quincy door style in a natural finish. The floors are a quality laminate. We installed laminate counter, glass mosaic tiled back splash, under cabinet lighting and replaced the trim and doors. A polished travertine tiled fireplace surround completes the project. The entire project took under three weeks

This kitchen remodeling project was a second floor condo. It involved many details that may not be obvious at first glance. The buffet cabinets are 15" deep and the wine cooler is 24" deep. We built out a cavity on the garage attic which enabled us to recess the wine cooler. The convection microwave on the angled wall required the same procedure. To create pass thru to the living room and dining room it was necessary to relocate several junction boxes. A few of the cabinetry details include the built up wainscot for the living room pass thru and the display shelf above the living room pass thru with wine glass racks. The cabinets are Bertch Legacy St.Thomas door style, Rose with Brown Glaze finish. The granite counter tops are "Juperana Fantistico".

Arlington Heights Kitchen Remodeling

with Cherry Cabinets and wall removal

This project involved redirecting the traffice flow in the main level. We closed off the pass through from the foyer to the kitchen which is where the fridge is now located. We then removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room. This allowed us to add more cabinetry and a breakfast bar. We widened the header to accomodate recessed lighting for the breakfast counter. This 10' x 10' kitchen now includes all the features and conveniences of kitchens twice the size.

Darien - Cherry Cabinets and laminate floor

This project has Bertch Legacy St. James cabinets in cherry. We installed a laminate floor by ALLOC. We have used ALLOC flooring many time and have found it to be one of the best laminate available. It wears great, looks like solid wood flooring and is very comfortable to walk on. We install the ALLOC floor on the stairs to the basement. Other features include a French glass door to the basement, under cabinet lighting, tiled back splash, 4" recessed lights, full extension drawers, tall pantry, trash roll out and much more. The granite counters are "Tan Brown" with an eased edge.

Woodridge Kitchen Remodeling

This kitchen was remodeled with Bertch Legacy Cabinets, St. James door, red birch wood, Natural stain with a brown glaze. Options included, full extension soft close drawers, soft close doors, spice pull out cabinet, trash roll out, tall pantry with roll trays, corner cabinets with adjustable Lazy Susans, blind corner cabinet with swing out shelves and roll trays, Blanco sink, 500 cfm wood range hood, color matching switches and trim plates, under cabinet lighting. The counter top is granite "Giallo Ornamental" with an eased edge. The Maple hardwood floors were refinished. Lighting included two pendants and 4" recessed can lights.
