Western Springs Bathroom Remodeling

This bathroom remodeling project is loaded with details. Polished stone tile with glass mosaic inlay, custom cabinets, glass vessel bowls, wall mounted faucets, built in mirrored linen cabinet to right of shower, sound system in shower, dual flush toilet, wedi Shower System. Downers Grove Bathroom Remodeling

To carry the Retro look from the rest of the home into the bath we settled on the white subway tile, "Carrera" marble counter and vintage style lighting and plumbing fixtures. All of the plumbing fixtures, lighting, tub, toilet, mirror and towel bars are Kohler. The cabinets are Bertch Bath Osage in a

mocha finish.

Hoffman Estates Bathroom Remodeling

Multiple bath project. We used the same product and selection of materials for both the hall and master bath. The cabinetry (vanities, wall cabinets and mirrors) are Bertch Bath Cabinets, Morocco door style, Espresso Glaze finish. The counters are "Raja Yellow" granite. We saved some expense by installing a molded shower pan in the master bath. The porcelain wall tiles are 8" x 16" in a brick pattern, floors are 12" x 12" straight lay. We used wedi panels for the tub and shower walls with one niche in the shower and two niches on the left side tub wall. The tub and shower doors are brushed silver with frameless glass by Sterling (Kohler).

Wheaton Bathroom Remodeling

This bathroom remodeling project included relocating the closet openings, moving several walls, relocating all of the plumbing, Brazillian Cherry 5" plank flooring in the bedroom, closet organizers, wainscot, and much more. The shower features dual valves and head, four recessed niches and was built with a wedi Fundo shower system. The cabinets are Bertch Legacy Odyssey door style in a white finish. The mirrors are from Restoration Hardware and the sconces are from Lightology. The exhaust fans is Fantech 390 cfm with multiple intakes.

Naperville Bathroom Remodeling

This bath included Bertch Bath Cabinets, Osage doors in Toffee finish, Silestone counter, wedi shower system, Travetine tile, 1/2" frameless glass shower, Moen oil rubbed plumbing fixtures with body sprays in shower, Fantech 190 cfm exhaust fan. The counter is "Carioca Gold" granite with a 3/8" round over edge.

Basic Bathroom Remodeling Willowbrook

This is a basic bath remodeling for two bathrooms. We Installed a Sterling (Kohler) shower module in one bath and a Sterling (Kohler) tub module in the other bath. The vanity, toilet, tile and accessories were from Home Depot. These products enabled us to reduce cost and still provide a quality remodel.

Palos Heights Bathroom Remodeling

For this bath remodel we relocated the toilet, turned the tub and removed the dividing wall and sofit. The vanity is by Lacava, the tub and toilet are Kohler. The tile is porcelain with a glass and stone mosaic. We also installed two 4" recessed can lights above the vanity and one 6" recessed can light above the tub.

Westmont Bathroom Remodeling

This bathroom remodel was influenced by the home owner's desire to carry a Victorian look from the rest of the home into the bathroom. To achieve this we used Bertch Legacy Cabinets, St. James door style in a Crème finish. We also incorporated the beveled mirror, crystal chandelier and painted tiles on the back tub wall. The faucet handles, sconces, cabinet hardware and chandelier are all leaded crystal. We added additional detail with a Kohler Memoirs toilet. The counter is "Bottocino Fiorito" marble. A dividing wall and second entrance were eliminated.

Naperville Bathroom Remodeling

This bathroom remodel included Bertch Bath cabinets Hudson door style in a Fawn finish, Kohler Cimarron toilet and a Kohler K-3051 cast iron sink in biscuit, wedi Shower system, Angor Bianco porcelain tile, two shower niches, tall linen cabinet, new window, chrome fixtures with a hand held sprayer in the shower.

Bathroom Remodeling Naperville

This home owner was looking for a spa type of look. We installed a 72" Kohler bubble massage tub, Bertch Bath Cabinets Osage door in the Laurel finish, Angkor Bianco porcelain tile with glass and stone mosaic border and granite counter. We also eliminated a small bedroom closet to enlarge the shower, rotated the toilet and built out the knee walls and installed a Fantech 190 cfm exhaust fan.

Hinsdale Bathroom Remodeling

This project involved two bathrooms, the master bath and the hall bath. Both bathrooms were remodeled with the same product, materials and basic design. Plumbing fixtures - Moen Kingsley polished chrome, cabinets - Bertch Bath Hudson style cabinets in Ginger finish, Porcelain Tile - Florida Tile "Gran Canyon", bath tub - Kohler Archer K-1125-RA-96, wedi Shower System, sinks - Kohler Caxton K-2210-G-96, counter tops - Granite Antique Brown.

Worth "Retro" Bathroom Remodeling

Every detail in this bath says Retro. To achieve this look we used a combination of white subway tiles in a brick pattern, green glass upper tiles in a brick pattern, glass mosaic bordered by two pencil tiles with a white cornice tile on top. The floor and counter top are Carrera Marble. The dark stained custom cabinets, mullion window trimmed in a traditional style finish complete the look. We further enhanced the comfort of this bath by installing a Nuheat radiant electric floor system.The fixtures are Kohler Cosmopolitan Collection in polished chrome. Note the hand shower on a slide bar and niche with shelf. The mirror is from Restoration Hardware.

Slate Shower Project Downers Grove

This home was only a few year old but the shower failed miserably due to poor workmanship and materials. Notice the extensive black mold, grout falling out and green board walls. We rebuilt the tub platform, shower bench and enlarged the shower. We corrected this problem by installing a wedi system, horizontal slate with pebbles on the shower pan.

Bathroom Remodeling Mokena

For this bath project we started with an undersized master bath, moved several walls, eliminated a hall closet where the shower and toilet are now located and relocated the entrance. The cabinetry and the tub platform and Bertch Legacy Cabinets. The home owner vacations in the Nortwoods so we commissioned an artist to create the stained glass panel over the window which provides privacy while adding a very attractive detail.

Bathroom Remodeling Homer Glen

This bath is located at the garage entrance next to the laundry room. The home owner has several dogs and desired an attractive bath that could also have a functional shower to wash to dogs. To add storage to the limited space we built out a space into the garage and recessed a tall linen cabinet. The frameless glass shower door swings out of the way providing enough room to get into the shower to easily wash the dog. A hand held shower is an additional plus when working with the dogs.
